Hi beautiful people! I am Amber C., a passionate spinning rider and a high school student. I started my spinning journey during the COVID-19 and fell in love with this exercise. In my signature project, I will be focusing on exploring more about the design of the spinning bikes and learning about various benefits of this workout.
