I was occupied by the workload from the college application season. My current questions is how to manage and devote more of my time in my signature project. My goal for now is to draft my messages and email to instructors through social medias and set up times for online interviews. In this interview, I will focus on the instructor's stories in coming into the field and their teaching experiences. Moreover, I would like to include how the pandemic has affected their ways of practicing and teaching classes, from which I wish to get some insights in the dynamics in this industry as well as some advice in becoming a spinning instructor in the future.
